My shop works with Printful.com to create custom tshirts, caps, hoodies and other Timothy Allmond branded merchandise. We do not keep a warehouse of inventory. Printful is our fulfillment partner and we dig ‘em. If your item is damaged, please return it to the address on the packaging provided in your shipment. If you’ve discarded the materials that came with your purchase, see the info below - under WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN - for assistance.
We ask that you return any items that are damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item to you within 30 days of delivery date. We will refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping. Do let us know of any issues in the form below and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN?
The address should be on the packaging that came with your item(s). If you’ve lost the packing slip, then mail your item to the facility that is closest to where your package was delivered.
